All Globaltech® On-Hold music is protected by Australian and International copyright laws and they must not be copied or reproduced in any form or shape without the explicit permission of Globaltech Pty Ltd ("Globaltech"). Any unauthorised copying and/or distribution of any Globaltech On-Hold music or any portion or part off may result in criminal or civil penalties. Globaltech will prosecute any offender to the full extent allowed by law.

Not withstanding the above, the purchaser of a copy of the Globaltech On-Hold music is hereby authorised to broadcast the copyrighted music on single telephone system per copy purchased for callers on hold to listen to without the need for further royalty or license payments. In order for the purchaser to acquire the right to broadcast the Globaltech On-Hold music to their callers without further royalty fees as described herein, the purchaser must pay the full advertised price of the copy purchased and acknowledge the above conditions by registering their purchase directly with Globaltech. Failure to register may result in a breach of copyright.
